When do you need your translation?

At Ibidem adapting ourselves to meet client needs is in our DNA .
Even on larger projects, with a minimum of advance notice, we can put together a translation team to meet almost any deadline.

If the standard delivery deadline (3-4 days) doesn´t work for you, request an urgent 24-hour translation. Whatever your circumstances, we promise to find a solution that will adapt to your delivery requirements, always maintaining the quality we are known for.

The standard delivery deadline for a translation is from 3 or 4 days.
This is the minimum standard delivery deadline for texts of any length:
from 2 lines to 5,000 words (about 15 pages).

Whatever the case may be, get in contact with us and send us the original documents (by e-mail or fax) indicating the language pair(s) and your desired delviery deadline. Just as soon as we have assessed their length and difficulty we will give you an exact delivery date.

If you need your translation delivered in 24 hours, request an urgent translation.
The exact delvery deadline will depend on the length of the text, its difficulty, our availability and the target language: producing an urgent translation to English is not the same thing as producing an urgent translation to German or Chinese.

The urgency surcharge is from 30% above the standard rate.

Keep in mind that producing an urgent translation implies translating under pressure and an additional cost for you; request one only if absolutely necessary (in the majority of cases the standard delivery deadline will suffice).
