How to request a translation |

Send us an e-mail at quote@ibidem-translations.com, attaching the original file and indicating which languages you wish to be translated, and your deadline.
If you only have hard copies available, you can send them to us by fax or courier.
In approximately one hour we will send you an exact estimate with no commitment.

Acceptance |
To confirm acceptance and start the translation project, just sign our estimate and return it by fax.
Upon receiving it, we will start on your project. |
Delivery |
On the agreed deadline, we will send you the translation or translations in following the original DTP.
|
Invoice |
We will send an invoice together with the translation via e-mail or regular mail, which should be paid via bank transfer or cheque within 30 days.
